NO RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No Returns Policy

At Avenzes Bio Formulations, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality health supplements and bio formulations.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

This policy ensures that every customer receives new, unused, and uncompromised products that have been stored under optimal conditions.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

  1. Product Safety:
    To maintain the integrity and efficacy of our products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. This prevents contamination and ensures safety for all customers.

  2. Hygiene & Storage Conditions:
    Our formulations require specific storage environments. Returned products could be exposed to unsuitable conditions that affect quality and safety.

  3. Customer Assurance:
    This policy guarantees that all Avenzes products are untouched, fresh, and authentic at the time of delivery.


2. Customer Satisfaction Policy

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you receive:

  • A damaged, defective, or incorrect product,
    please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at support@avenzes.com.

To help us resolve your issue quickly:

  • Provide your order number,

  • A photo/video of the product and packaging, and

  • A brief description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, wallet credit, or alternate resolution as deemed appropriate by our team.
Please note that issues reported after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.


3. Refund Policy

We do not provide monetary refunds on any product purchases.

However:

  • If a customer accidentally purchases a second sample of the same product, the amount will not be refunded in cash.

  • Instead, it will be credited to their Avenzes Wallet for future purchases.

  • Wallet credit validity: 60 days from the date of issue.

  • The wallet balance must be used within the validity period; unused credits will automatically expire and cannot be reissued or converted into cash.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

  • In the event of a cancellation before dispatch, a refund or wallet credit will be processed at our discretion within 7–10 business days.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.

  • If you’ve already accepted it, kindly share unboxing video proof for verification within 24 hours.

After review, our team will determine eligibility for replacement or wallet credit on a case-by-case basis.


6. Non-Delivery or Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Report it to us within 48 hours of the delivery update.
    We will coordinate with the courier company for investigation.
    Please note that final resolution depends on courier confirmation.


7. Liability Disclaimer

Avenzes Bio Formulations is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by courier partners, weather, or other external factors.

  • Incorrect addresses, unavailability at the time of delivery, or unauthorized acceptance by third parties.

  • Customer-provided errors leading to non-delivery or damage.

9. Governing Law

This No Returns & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
